I met a girl when I attended my cousin’s wedding. She’s really cute and I was genuinely attracted to her, especially when she smiles. I can’t bring myself to tell her that I like her yet because it’s only been 2 weeks since we met.
We text each other often and she always replies. Sometimes she even seems sweeter than me whenever we chat. So my question is, How do I know if she likes me over text? Do you think my instincts are right, that she likes me too because she replies quickly and seems sweeter and more caring than I am when we talk?

There’s a good chance that she likes you too based on what you said, that she replies quickly to your texts and is sometimes sweet.

I’ve known a lot of people who started developing feelings for each other through frequent texting, since it’s also a way of communicating and showing care when you often message someone.

Just let the two of you get to know each other more first and then confess your feelings when you’re sure you really like her. Then you can see how she responds.

You’re a guy, right? So why don’t you ask her out so you’ll know if there’s a chance with her? Just ask her directly and be clear about your intentions with her.

It’s simple—just ask her out and tell her you like her and want to court her. If her reaction is positive and she agrees to go on a date with you, it’s possible she likes you too. But if she doesn’t, then she’s probably just being friendly—that’s how you’ll know.

You’re a man anyway, so don’t wait for her to be the one to ask you first.
