I am a 21yr old India guy. I am in love with my best friend (american) but i am not sure if how i can tell if she wants to date me or not. heres more info:

Shes very innocent. She just broke up with her ex a month ago, but still talks to him b/c she doesnt want him to feel bad. She says she doesnt want to date him at all, but talks to him b/c she doesnt want him to feel bad. Her biggest thought is to make everyone shes around very happy. In the last month, Ive hung out with her all the time. She has told me her deepest family secrets, asked me advice, studied all day with me, eat brkfst, lunch, and dinner with me and tries to make sure i eat and live healthily. She asked me questions like “Who is your best friend?” and “What dont I know about you?” Ive told her that shes my best friend, then she said that I am her best friend.

I am going to medical school next year and she is going to do her PhD in Biology. She will be graduating in December and I want to know if she wants to date me or not. I am very confused and love struck. I am willing to do anything for her…

This is going to sound too simple, but the answer to your question is: If you want to know if she wants to date you or not — ASK HER OUT ON A DATE! 🙂 If she says yes, you’ll have your answer. If she says no, you’ll have your answer as well. When you’re dealing with someone who tries to take care of everyone, the only way you’ll really know how she feels is by her behavior. So if she accepts your offer of a date, you’ll have a much better idea of what’s going on.
