I would like to know whether my crush is interested in having a relationship with me. He is 16 I am 18. i never talked to him before, i day i asked him to go on a date with me, he said yes. the date was cancelled bc he had to go to Michigan over break. i txt him after break asking him again if he wanted to go on a date with me he replied yes. i txt him to confirm on the day and he cancelled bc of a pulled back. He has not rescheduled the date. we continue to txt, he initiates but does not keep the convo going. i talked to him in school once or twice for about 1min. when he is near me he keeps distance and does not look directly at me.

If he’s canceled twice on both dates, and now he is avoiding you (keeping distant in your words) he’s not that in to you and I’d give it up.

I have to agree with [b]LadyInVA[/b].

In addition, the reason I always suggest that women not initiate dates is because it not only takes the opportunity away from guys who want to date you to do so, themselves, but it also takes away the ability you have to know if he wants to date you enough to ask you out. Bottom line: If he asks you out, he’s interested. If he doesn’t, he’s not.
