I was dating my girlfriend for a short while, and we moved in together. I was never happier, until I noticed every time we went out, she would scan the room till she saw someone she apparently was attracted to, and try to make eye contact with them, almost ignoring me. She is from France, so at first I didn’t think anything about it, thinking it was just because she was from another country, and was just curious, but she is also 10 years younger than me, and I,m beginning to wonder if I made a mistake, only because she was so entirely different when we were going together, and we just moved in together. I never thought of myself as being the jealous or paranoid type, but i’m beginning to feel somewhat embarrassed when ever we go anywhere, she’s more attentive to a stranger than me. Can any of you ladies out there tell me if its just normal and I should just ignore it. I have tried to casually say something, but it didn,t seem to do much good. Any advice ?

It sounds like she’s bored — and rude! 😮 Before you jump to conclusions, you should tell her that her wandering eyes really bother you. The truth is that she may not realize she’s doing what you think she is. If you let her know it hurts your feelings, she may want to correct her own behavior. So start by talking to her without criticizing, but by being clear about what she does to make you feel less than special.
