I work with a girl for 2 years now. About a year ago, i found out she had a crush on me and we went out for dinner one night. Nothing happened with it. But since July I’ve kind of fallen for her and I don’t know why, We went to dinner/ concert in early Sept but i think there was a guy she is hooked on. Her friend / my coworker told me she does like me, but the timing is wrong. I don’t think she is actually dating or going out with this guy, but I don’t; know. My friend told me to wait to ask her out again. What should I do? Should i do what she said or go for it?

You should go for it! 😉 Right now, you’re afraid of rejection, so you’re relying on gossip and second and third hand information about whether she likes you enough to date you or whether she’s available enough to date you. The best way for you to know if she wants to date you is to risk rejection and ask her out, face to face. 🙂 If she’s available and interested, you’ll have a date! If she’s not, then you’ll know without a shadow of a doubt that you should move on. 🙂
