I am in a quandary. My ex cheated on me 5 years ago with a female friend. We broke up. We have recently reunited and he says he has grown up.
He is talking to his ex partner ( before me)on line and she wants to come for a visit and the two of them want to go travelling together. I am really uncomfortable about this. Trust takes time to grow again and I am nowhere near there.
What I do not get is why he would think that is ok.

Your instincts are correct. If he was really committed to you, he wouldn’t spend any time with her or on her at all. 😳 As for your question about why he wants to do this — it’s because he’s not done with her. I think you need to wake up and smell the coffee — this guy isn’t the monogamous type — at least not with you. 😥
