She(21) and I(22) met in church in September of 2014. I fell for her, but decided to become friends with her first and took to messaging on her only SNS account and by extension my only method of contact with her outside of physically meeting her at church. but 2 months later, with the end of semester she told me that she was taking a break from Uni for about a year outside the country. I was devastated by the news but remained outwardly calm and wished her well on her future ventures. I continued messaging her constantly, becoming closer to her until May of 2015, when her account just disappeared without warning to anyone. From that point on, I tried to find her again using all the resources I had at hand but failed to find her. However 2 weeks ago, I found her on a different SNS platform to the one we had been using to talk to each other before. Through that SNS platform I was able to induce that she’d been back in the country for roughly 3 weeks, more likely just a little over 2. Two scenarios formed in my mind; either she purposely didn’t come back to church or she forgot about the church. It’s been roughly 9 months, maybe closer to 10 months since I last talked to her, even longer since I last saw her and I’m just really afraid that she’s forgotten me or that she doesn’t want to reconnect, so I can’t work up the courage to talk to her again; What do you think, should I just man up and talk to her?
