It’s really hard to move on, especially when you truly loved your ex deeply. But try to think about your children — they need you. And for sure, they will also feel sad if they see that you are not happy.

If what you’re doing right now still isn’t helping you move on, then maybe time is the only thing that can really tell when you’ll be able to heal.

I think you like him, but you can’t really say it’s that deep yet if you haven’t been through much together. You’ll only really know if it’s true love once you’re in a relationship and have spent time with the person through both the good and bad sides of who they are. If you can accept them even after seeing everything about them, that’s when you can say you truly love them.

Red flags don’t really have anything to do with age, especially since both of you are already legal adults. A relationship is healthy as long as you get along in many ways, your relationship isn’t toxic, and you both have trust, love, and faithfulness toward each other. What matters most is that both of you can see yourselves together in the future.

My advice is don’t be nervous and just be natural. Don’t overthink what you’re going to say because there’s really no perfect wording for things like that. Just let the conversation flow naturally wherever it takes you — that’s actually better. You don’t need to pressure yourself.
