Hi My name is Jo, I hope this is where I can ask my question. I have been with a man for 4 1/2 years. He has never made an effort to introduce me to his parents. I met them on my own last summer. He never takes me to any family activities. He is the second of three brothers. All of them married. I have only met two of them. On each occasion it was for a concert, me him and his brother. I have never met their wives. I have never met all of friends and he has friends from childhood that are married. We both are in our thirties.

My heart is breaking because I always invite him to my family activities and he does come, however I have never been invited to a single family activity. I am planning on leaving him because I am a beautiful woman inside and out and any guy would be lucky to have me. I have discussed this with him at length and he won’t budge. He is a pisces and set in his ways. I am a sag and no one is holding me down with this nonsense.

I decided to do some investigating into this problem. I spoke to his mom and found out that although she and the rest of his family don’t really know me she had been inviting me to every family activity and he never told me.

Anyway what’s your take on this mess pleeeeeeeeeeeeease?

You’ve been living in denial. 🙁

Stop wasting your life with a man who will probably never marry you. Stop discussing this with him and his family. It’s time for you to step up to the plate and start living your life like a winner.

Get my book, Think & Date Like A Man, by downloading it here: http://www.askapril.com/relationship-dating-advice/think-and-date-like-a-man.html. I’m not just hawking books — I’m giving you advice that WILL help you. Read this book, and I promise lightbulbs will come on in your head. You’ll get advice, tips and information you desperately need about how to find Mr. Right, because you’ve wasted four years on a guy who’s Mr. Wrong.

Today is the day you need to break up with this guy and start your new life looking for the man who will make you happy: Mr. Right. 😀
